AirNav Radar is a flight tracking company that displays aircraft & flight information in real-time on a map. AirNav Radar offers flight data such as latitude and longitude positions, origins and destinations, flight numbers, aircraft types, altitudes, headings and speeds. Duties and Responsibilities
- - Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
- - Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- - Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
- - Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
- - Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members
- - Taking lead on projects, as needed
Requirements:
- - Degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience at a renowned university
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming with objects and relational databases
- - Excellent ability to solve difficult problems related to algorithms, optimization and databases
- - Availability to program mostly in Java
- - Knowledge of Linux and server setup in Linux
- - Good practices of code organization and design of architectures for backend applications
- - Good adaptability to software development technologies that have never been used in the past
- - Good ability to organize time and deal with multiple tasks
- - Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- - Easy to communicate / easy personality

Duties and Responsibilities
- - Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
- - Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- - A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
- - Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
- - Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths
- - Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
- - Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
- - Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
Requirements:
- - BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- - Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- - Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
- - Good time-management skills
- - Ability to multi-task
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- - Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- - 2-3 years of experience with optimization testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize and Optimizely
- - Experience with Google Analytics, FullStory and/or other digital analytics tools
- - Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts
- - Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- - General knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing. Familiarity with both Frequentist and Bayesian methodologies is a bonus.
- - Experience in front-end web design and development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery) preferred
